3SU Youth/Women Wing’s, Moro LG, Holds Prayer/Lectures To Mark His Excellency, Mall. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, And Sen. Sadiq Suleiman Umar Fifth Anniversary In Office.
On Thursday, the political support group of Distinguished Sen. Sadiq Suleiman Umar, Representing Kwara North Senatorial District, held a prayer/lectures in honour of the duo’s fifth anniversary.
The spectacular event was titled “Essential Qualities Of A Good Leader” delivered by renowned scholars; Alh. Soliu Kewugbemi; and Rev. S.A. Joshua, respectively.
Amongst the dignitaries in attendance includes: APC State Secretary, Alh. Mustapha Ishowo; The leadership of MAAUF led by Hon. Stephen Wole-Oke; Commissioner for Special Duties, Hon. John Bello Olarewaju; Kwara North APC Senatorial Chairman, Alh. Suleiman Santo; Hon. Abdulmumin katibi.
Other notable personalities that were in attendance, Moro LG Party Executive led by the chairman, Alh. Adebayo Jimoh; Hon. Lai Ayinde; Fmr. Commissioner for Sport, Hon. Hameed Adio; Fmr. S.A. Political, Hon. Abdulkareem Dan-Hawa; Ward Party Chairmen; S.A. Humanitarian, Hon. Abdullateef Adebara; Team of 3SU Media, led by Hon. Abdullahi Yunusa Lade.
Others including: Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Kwara State University Malete, Engr. Nurudeen Sabi Saidu; President Moro LG Artisan, ably represented by the Treasurer, Mr. Ahmed Babatunde Jamiu; and the host of other distinguished leaders, stakeholders and supporters.
In his welcome speech, the Coordinator of the group, Hon. Steven Olayiwola Wole-Oke, who was deeply in joy and full of excitement and gratitude, thanked all leaders for honouring the invitation. He, thereafter, opens with a heart-touching welcome address and reaffirmed the group’s unwavering loyalty and solidarity to their principal, Distinguished Sen. Sadiq. “We appreciate and thank him for the illustrious service rendered to Moro LG in the last five years, and by extension kwara north. Therefore, we are expecting more from him, which that is why we all gather here to appreciate him and the visionary governor for his unprecedented achievement he has accomplished in the last five years,” the statement added.
“We want to thank our guest lecturers, despite your swamped commitments, you honoured in person’s. Infact, you have done justice to the topic given to you, and we indeed learned from the words of God. We are eternally grateful.
“It is, on this note, once again, on behalf of all members of the aforementioned political support group, we extend our undiluted appreciation to those that honoured our invitation, we wish you journey mercies back to your various houses. We thank you most sincerely for finding time out of your busy schedule to celebrate with us,” Women Leader, in her vote of thanks.
