A 27year-old Man asked Delta state High Court to declare Governor Sanwo-Olu as his biological Father

Emmanuel Sanwo-Olu, has put all efforts in hight court of Delta State to make the claim of Babajide Olusola has asked the Delta State High Court to declare the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, as his biological father. 

In a proceeding paper which submitted before the court shows that the father of three children (Emmanuel Sanwo-Olu) said he is a product of a relationship between his mother, Grace Moses, and the defendant, Babatunde Sanwo-Olu, in the year 1994/1995.

He proclaimed the pregnancy of his mother was produced by defendant, and Babatunde Sanwo-Olu aware of alleged pregnancy in 1994 before he left to warri, and his mother (Moses) has lost contact with him to this date. 

All attempts by our correspondence to get the verdict from the Lagos Commissioner for Information, Gbenga Omotosho, were no to avail. 

However, an aide to the governor make it known that the situation is being anonymity for now and he said the lawsuit is laughable.
