One fatality other injuries in an automobile accident on the Apapa-Oshodi Expressway

In an accident involving a Mack truck hauling two 20-foot containers, a Volkswagen bus with the license plate AKD 489XZ, a Highlander Jeep with the license plate AGL 366FP, and a Toyota RAV4 with the license plate AAA 353FH along Apapa-Oshodi by PM Filling Station, Cele inward Mile 2 area of Lagos, a male adult has died.
Three further people were also reported to have been hurt and taken to the hospital.
In a statement released on Thursday, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) stated that its Operatives had saved the passengers of a commercial bus that had collided with a 40-foot container along the Apapa-Oshodi by PM Filling Station, Cele within Mile 2 area of Lagos.
According to a LASTMA statement signed by Adebayo Taofiq, the director of the department in charge of public affairs and education, the accident that happened at 1:09 pm resulted in the instantaneous death of the driver of a commercial bus (AKD 469 XZ), along with two other private cars (Toyota Highlander AGL 366 FP & Toyota 4Runner AAA 353 FH).
“The dead commercial bus driver’s body was turned over to his wife and other family members as soon as they arrived at the accident scene.
