Just recently, the remaining victims of the Kaduna-Abuja train attack were reported to have been released from captivity after several months.
Speaking to Sun Newspaper in an exclusive interview regarding the current challenge and steps being taken to tackle the menace, a top security source revealed to two former governors have been uncovered to be among the sponsor of terrorists in the country.
The source further revealed to Sun Newspaper that as investigations continue, the security agencies have placed surveillance on one former governor from one of the Northeast states as well as a former governor of one of the Southeast states.
According to Sun Newspaper, base on the intelligence reports gathered about the person, it has been discovered they have continued to play a great role for terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other violent crimes that are making life unbearable in the country.
