APC postpones National Caucus, NEC meeting
The All Progressives Congress’ National Caucus and National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting has been postponed.
The NEC meeting of the APC, originally slated for July 10 and 11, has been moved to July 18 and 19.
Iyiola Omisore, the national secretary of the APC, made the change official in a statement on Sunday.
Omisore said that President Bola Tinubu’s appointment as the new chairman of the Economic Community of West African States, or ECOWAS, was the cause of the change in time.
He apologized for any inconveniences the change in the date may have brought about.
His statement read, “Members of the National Caucus and NEC of the APC are thus advised that our meetings of July 10th and July 11th, have been postponed to July 18th and 19th, respectively.
