Assets theft: Adeleke is unprepared for governance, according to Oyetola’s assistant

The assertion by Governor Ademola Adeleke that the Osun Lodge in Abuja was robbed by Oyetola’s men has been characterized as a simple diversionary technique by the governor to cover up his lack of readiness to lead Osun by his media aide, Adegboyega Oyetola, the immediate previous governor of Osun.
Omipidan said that it is clear the panels were set up to perform hatchet jobs based on the governor’s repeated accusations made while they were still in session.
“If a panel on Assets Recovery has been established, why not let the panel do its work and then present its findings?” Omipidan questioned. You stated that you will extend invitations to speakers for the panel. Even though you have not heard from them, you have already made a judgment. What is the main point of the panel since you already know the outcomes?
These were said by Oyetola’s media aide on Monday in response to the governor’s most recent claim that his predecessor’s team had plundered the Osun Lodge in Abuja.
Omipidan stated that his earlier claim that the PDP wasn’t prepared for government was supported by what Osun has witnessed over the previous two weeks.
Remember that one of the committee’s responsibilities when the governor established his transition committee in July was to create a plan for the governor’s first 100 days in office. And I made it obvious at the time that these people weren’t prepared for leadership. Now everyone can see. It is coming to pass.
They first claimed that my Principal had committed theft. I came up with the inventory and the information that the incoming governor’s security personnel took control of Government House on November 26 and had a party there on January 7, which was the day of his inauguration. But on December 1, they concocted a story to claim that the location had been stolen. They have not refuted the data I have presented thus far.
“They’ve started a new lie today.
“I reiterate: My Principal did not steal any assets from the State. Therefore, this government needs to quit making such broad accusations against Oyetola and his guys and face up to governance, ” Omipidan concluded.
