I have a habit of refraining from congratulating individuals upon their appointment, but rather wait until the termination of their tenure and applaud them only if they perform with utmost excellence throughout their service.

Barrister Sambo Murtala, although I am confident in your abilities and do not doubt that you will fulfil your duties admirably, I still adhere to my principle of delaying my applause until after the completion of your assignment under the state government.

After conducting extensive research on your contributions to the judiciary as a Special Advisor to the state by government on legal matters, I have spoken with several individuals who have conveyed your great aptitude in ensuring the enhancement of our judicial system.

Had it not been for the ethical obligations which constrain judges from engaging in public commendation, I am convinced that they would have much to say in singling out your excellence.

I offer my felicitations to you on this day for fulfilling not only my expectations but the aspirations of the entire Kwara state whose interests you represent, as well as the governor who harbors immense confidence in your abilities.

It is my sincere hope that the Omnipotent bestows upon you divine wisdom, propels you beyond all limitations and blesses you with the fruition of your aspirations.
