Famous Afrobeat Davido hints on retirement plans from Music
Davido, a well-known afrobeat artist, has disclosed his intentions to stop performing music.
The musician revealed it in a video of his interview that well-known blogger Tunde Ednut posted on Instagram.
When asked what his biggest concern is for his career, Davido said that he does not want to reach a point where fans are no longer enthralled by his songs.
He promised to leave the music business before things went south, despite the fact that everyone goes through different stages in their career.
“That moment when people cry and go crazy when I walk on stage,” he declared, “is the one thing I’m actually afraid of. But my career will reach a point where things will start to slow down and everyone will stop moving forward.
I never want to get there. I’m gonna retire before I turn sour.”
