Governor Abdulrasaq approves major road projects in Asa LGA: A boost for local economy, – Gadaff

The ECOWAS youth ambassador Hon. Sulaiman Lekan Gadaff, has extend his profound gratitude to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq CON, for his unwavering commitment to the development of our local government. The recent approval for the construction of the Eyenkorin/Okesho Road and the Aboto-Oja to Alata Road projects marks a significant milestone in our collective efforts to enhance the infrastructure within our communities.

The construction of these roads is not just a testament to the Governor’s dedication to equitable development but also a critical step towards boosting the economic and social fabric of Asa LGA.

Improved road connectivity will facilitate easier movement of goods and people, thereby enhancing trade and commerce. This development is expected to attract more businesses, create jobs, and improve the overall standard of living for our residents. The roads will also significantly reduce travel time and improve access to essential services such as healthcare and education, thereby fostering a more inclusive and prosperous community.

In addition to the road projects, we are immensely grateful to His Excellency for approving the laying of interlocking tiles connecting our revered Baale and Alangua palaces. This initiative includes the Ogbondoroko Palace, Laduba Palace, Aare Ogele Palace, Okesho Palace, and Aboto-Oja Palace. The interlocking projects not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of these historic sites but also ensure their preservation for future generations. By improving the infrastructure around these palaces, we are promoting respect for the royal title and cultural heritage, which in turn can lead to further economic benefits for our local communities.

We also recognize and commend the tireless efforts of Hon. Yunusa Bello Oniboki, the Member representing Asa/Afon State Constituency in the Kwara State House of Assembly. His relentless advocacy and unwavering commitment to the welfare of our people have been instrumental in securing these vital projects. His role in facilitating these approvals is a clear demonstration of effective representation and dedication to public service.

Under the visionary leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasak, Kwara State is witnessing unprecedented growth and development. These infrastructure projects are a reflection of His Excellency’s holistic approach to governance, ensuring that all parts of the state benefit from sustainable development initiatives. The Governor’s focus on improving infrastructure is not only enhancing the quality of life for our citizens but also laying a solid foundation for long-term economic growth and social cohesion.

As we look forward to the commencement and successful completion of these projects, we pledge our continued support to His Excellency’s administration.

We remain committed to working collaboratively to ensure that the benefits of these developments are fully realized, bringing lasting prosperity and progress to Asa LGA and Kwara State as a whole.

Once again, we express our deepest gratitude to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasak and commend Hon. Yunusa Bello Oniboki for their exemplary leadership and service. Together, we are building a brighter future for all.
