I’ll Inject $10m Into Abia Economy – Atiku

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, has promised to inject $10 million into the Abia State economy if elected.

During yesterday’s PDP presidential campaign event at the Umuahia Township Stadium in Abia State, Atiku made this statement and asked for the support of the residents of the state.

In order to improve transportation between the states of Abia and Akwa Ibom, the former vice president of President Olusegun Obasanjo also pledged to repair the Eastern Railway line and the Aba-Ikot Ekpene Road.

Senator Iyorchia Ayu, the national chairman of the PDP, stated that the party is an organic organization that belongs to neither a person nor a group of individuals, and that neither can destabilize it.

Senator Theodore Orji, a former governor of the state and the Southeast region chairman of the Atiku/Okowa presidential campaign committee, stated that Atiku is the country’s best chance towards reunification.

Chief Okey Ahiwe, the PDP candidate for governor in the state, stated that the vote the party will receive from the state will astound political watchers to their very core.
