Insecurity In Nigeria Has Reduced Under Buhari -Tinubu

Bola Tinubu, the APC’s nominee for president, claimed that Major General Muhammadu Buhari (ret. ), the president, has lessened the security issue he faced locally in 2015.

This was said by Tinubu in an interview with the BBC that was released on Tuesday.

When asked how he would combat insecurity given that it has persisted, Tinubu responded, “It has decreased. I’ll stand up for him. Then, there were 17 local governments and almost four states in Nigeria with flags of foreign jihadists. That has ended. That is no longer there.

“It’s simple to cause chaos. It is more difficult to redesign and restore normalcy. Here we are, with Buhari’s degradation but not eradication of ISWAP.
