Kidnapping: Police Comb South-West Forests, 11 out of 48 bandits arrested

Police authorities in the South-West appear to be seizing the bull by the horns with their increased efforts to combat kidnapping and other similar operations throughout the zone.

In response to recent reports of a number of attacks along the Lagos-Ibadan Highway, police from Ogun and Oyo State Commands have teamed up to monitor the area in an effort to assist manage the menace.

However, at least eleven of the 48 bandits recently caught in South-West forests, according to the Ekiti State Police command, are employed by Ekiti State.
