KWHA Candidate, Rukayat Shittu commends appointments of Mayan, others as SAs, SSA
The Kwara State House of Assembly Candidate for Owode Onire Constituency under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Rukayat Motunrayo Shittu has commended the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq over the appointment of Salaudeen Rasheed Mayan (Special Assistant on Transport, South); Jerry Kolo (Senior Special Assistant on Media and Public Relations); Fatimah Imam (Special Assistant on social mobilization, North); AbdulGafar Abiola (Special Assistant on Creative Industries); Ogundele Joseph (Special Assistant on Community Engagement); Ajayi Femi (Special Assistant on social mobilization, South); and Razaq Aliyu (Special Assistant on Youth, South)
In a statement issued and signed by the sensational candidate, Rukayat commended the Governor for appointing worthy sons and daughters of the state, following their sterling performances in their respective constituencies.
According to the statement, the appointment is equipped with vast political experience and a reservoir of knowledge, which is going to be a good omen for the development of the state.
She expressed confidence in the ability of the new appointees to further consolidate on the Governor’s pedigree, which has earned him recognition, respect and honour at both the state and national level.
Also, Rukayat enjoined the SAs and SSA to view the new task as a challenge to make more remarkable impacts by deploying their vast experience, network, and depth of knowledge to contribute to the repositioning of the sectors in line with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq’s administration.
