Lobi Stars of Nigeria denies a ‘Move’ to sign Ronaldo
Lobi Stars F.C. of the Nigeria Professional Football League has claimed that they did not get in touch with Cristiano Ronaldo’s agents after he left Manchester United.
This information was disclosed in a statement posted on its Twitter account on Wednesday.
“LOBI STARS STATEMENT ON CRISTIANO RONALDO LINK,” they proclaimed. Please be aware that We Are Lobi has not yet spoken to anyone on behalf of Cristiano Ronaldo since the player was let go by Manchester United. We wish him the best and #LobiStars won’t say anything else about it.
On Tuesday, Manchester United made Ronaldo’s departure from the team official.
