Mo’Brimah Foundation in ECWA School: Humanitarian Without Discrimination or Religious Bias

One of the objectives of the Mo’Brimah foundation is to ensure that it creates an environment in the state where everyone will relate, be treated, and be accepted as one big happy family irrespective of their religious or ethnic backgrounds.

In view of this, Mo’Brimah foundation took its humanitarian activities to ECWA SECONDARY SCHOOL, Igbaja town in a bid to pursue its commitment toward the actualization of SD Goal 4 (Quality Education).

Mo Brimah Foundation’s focus over the years has shown that it is a charity and not-for-profit organisation that is not shaped by selective or personal beliefs but dedication to making lives better. This can be best understood looking at its history of activities over the years.

The high point of the visit was the presentation of school items which includes school bags, books, and writing material, to the outstanding students which saw the students and teachers in high spirits and excitement. The team also encouraged the students to follow through with their chosen career path through hard work.

The principal of the school thanked the foundation and described the initiative as a welcome idea that will not only boost the morale of the students to be dedicated to their studies but will also foster religious harmony.

The foundation had overtime paid the school fees of numerous students, paid for UTME, and many more to reiterate its commitment to supporting students achieve quality education. Thus, the visitation was part of the continuous effort of the foundation towards making life easier for the less privileged in local communities, ensuring quality education, and fostering religious unity.

The foundation also use the medium to thank his Excellency Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for creating enabling atmosphere in the state for NGOs to thrive.
