Police Narrates How The Killer Of The S3x Worker In Delta duped His Father Of N3m To Travel Abroad

The Delta State Police command has confirmed that it has arrested the murder of a s3x worker whom he killed in a hotel room in Asaba, the state capital.

According to the state’s Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Ali who disclosed this on Friday, while parading the suspect along others at the police headquarters in Asaba, the suspect is identified as Emmanuel Ujedibe who is only 22 years old.

While narrative the case, Mohammed Ali explained that the police were called to the scene of the crime on November 4, 2022 by the management of the hotel after the suspect absconded for committing the crime.

He narrated that Emmanuel Ujedibe, the suspect took the girl, by name, Peace who happened to be a s3x worker into the hotel room after which he killed her and set the room on fire.

However, the suspect went into hiding where he held himself hostage and lied to his father he had been kidnapped, demanding for a four million naira ransom. He however received three million naira as ransom.

Later on, he was napped after receiving the three million naira ransom for his freedom. After he was arrested, the suspect who claimed to be a student of the Delta State University, Abraka confessed to the crime, admitting that he killed the victim out of provocation after she allegedly stole his mobile phone.

According to him, peace, his victim was his friend whom he has known for up to two weeks. He claimed that he regret his action because he never intended to do so.

Why narrating his own part of the story, the suspect said that he and peace slept on the same bed in the hotel room. When he woke up, he discovered that his mobile phone was missing and he confronted her.

He said that they got into an argument and in the process, he got angry and killed her. He also confessed to setting the room in fire, claiming it was a mistake in his part. According to him, the gas liter he was using to smoke caught fire.

According to Punch, on his feigned kidnap, the suspect said he lied to his father that he was kidnapped because he wants to raise money to travel abroad.
