Prof. Wale Suleiman, Kwara Gentlemens Club join the Save Imam Abdulhayy Modibbo donors list
The World renowned neurosurgeon, Prof. Wale Suleiman and the Kwara Gentlemens Club has joined the list of donors for the public solicitation of funds for the treatment of Imam Abdulhayy Modibbo.
It would be recalled Modibbo was diagnosed of *WAARDENBURG SYNDROME* – a developmental disorder which causes hearing loss, amongst other symptoms at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) when he was 2 years 7 months old.
While the Ajase-ipo Politician donated the sum of Two hundred and Fifty thousand naira only (#250,000), the Ilorin based social club The Kwara Gentlemens Club donates the sum of Three Hundred and Twenty three Thousand, five hundred naira only (323,500) to take the total donation to Eight Million, Seven Hundred and Ninety three Thousand (#8,793,275) leaving a deficit of One million, Seven Hundred and seven thousand naira only (#1,707,000) to hit the Ten million five hundred thousand naira only (#10,500,000) target, being the total sum required for the corrective surgery.
In the same vein, we appreciate and acknowledge efforts of Alhaja Kafayat Adunni Gold towards getting us this far.
