Qatar 2022: Germany vs Costa Rica will be refereed by an all-female team
When she and her all-female crew hit the field for a pivotal Group E encounter between Germany and Costa Rica on Thursday, French referee Stephanie Frappart will make history as the first female official to officiate at a men’s World Cup.
