Rivers crisis: I’ve surrendered my situation to God – Fubara

In the midst of his disagreement with Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike, Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara claims he has given his predicament over to God.

Fubara expressed faith that God would provide a world-shattering solution to the problem.

Regarding who is in charge of the state’s political system and resources, the governor and his predecessor have been in parallel.

President Bola Tinubu became aware of their disagreement and persuaded them to sign a peace agreement in order to avert a new cold war.

There are rumors of a cold war between Fubara and the FCT minister despite the peace agreement.

Speaking yesterday in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State, Fubara asserted, “We have given our predicament over to God, and God will solve it in a way that will shock the world and prove to everyone that God is always God.”
