Sule Abul, 15 SANs, Storm Appeal Court For APC

YOLA – The All Progressive Congress Party APC has prepared a serious war chest of eminent lawyers to appeal a judgement against the party which has been described as a kangaroo one by the Federal High Court sitting in Yola banning APC from fielding any candidate in the 2023 elections.

Feelers from the party said the party in Abuja and Yola have prepared a serious war chest machine led by 15 SANs and one of the ground breaking lawyers in the North East Barrister Sule J. Abul who have been handling the case all through the federal high court of Justice Abdullaziz Anka before the inglorious judgment of banning the party was delivered.

Speaking exclusively in an interview a stalwart of the party and former senatorial aspirant Alh. Abdullahi Ahmed Musa AKA Speaker said the APC is a democratic party and the party will do all it takes to field its candidate Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani in the 2023 general elections.

He said the party been a democratic one has not resolved to match on the streets of Adamawa State as was been expected but will do the needful through legal means.

So far another top party man Abdulahi Adamu pointed out that APC have packaged a threatening legal team of SANs and Barrister Sule J. Abul who is another brilliant lawyer and they have already gone to the Federal Court of Appeal and soon victory will smile on the party and it would contest the elections just like any other party in Adamawa state.

He said Barrister Sule J. Abul, one of the best lawyers of the North East would be guiding these SANs as APC proceed through legal means to correct the kangaroo judgment brought against it by agents of darkness who do not mean well for Adamawa State.

Another Stalwart Barrister Tapa Sirimtu revealed that APC has a good case and the party is focus on righting the wrongs done to it by the court through a proper Appeal to higher levels.

He said APC has not lost confidence in the judiciary been the bastion of the common man and justice would be done to satisfy the yearnings and aspirations of the party.

Barrister Tapa urged all members of the APC to remain strongly united as one party which has the majority of legal votes in Adamawa State looking at the indices of the 2019 general elections.

Justice Abdullaziz Anka had ruled banning APC from contesting the elections of 2023 based on a case brought before him by Mallam Nuhu Ribadu who came second during the APC primaries who was defeated by Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani by 200 against 430 votes respectively.

Nuhu Rubadu angst was because of two extra votes that we’re counted in favour of Senator Binani
