Tinubu told me my position as APC National Chairman unchanged – Ganduje

According to Abdullahi Ganduje, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Bola Tinubu reiterated his stance during the suspension controversy.
When speaking to a few Kano State-based APC stakeholders, Ganduje revealed this.
The APC National Chairman asserted in a widely shared video that the plot to oust him was orchestrated by the Kano State Government.
“When I met with the President, he assured me that I would not be leaving my role as APC Chairman, which the Kano State Government was attempting to take away from me.
“He reiterated my role as National Chairman of the APC,” Ganduje declared.
Ganduje was suspended on Monday due to allegations of corruption by Haliru Gwanzo, the APC Legal Adviser in Kano’s Dawakin ward in the Tofa LGA.
However, Ganduje’s suspension was revoked, and the guilty received a six-month suspension.
