Gunmen Attack Abuja, Kill One, Abduct Others
On Wednesday morning in Abuja, gunmen are reportedly attacking a community and kidnapping several family members.
According to reports that reached Newscrescent, one person died in the early morning incident. According to reports, the incident took place in Ushafa, a neighborhood in the Bwari Area Council.
A local resident confirmed to Daily Post that the gunmen stormed the area in the early morning hours and began firing randomly.
James Olachi, a resident who gave his name to journalists, revealed that the incident took place close to the well-known Going-Park, behind the LGEA Primary School Ushafa.
According to James, no security agency intervened with the attackers during the more than thirty minutes that they were in the area.
He claimed that the dead man, identified as Adegoke, fought the gun-toting kidnappers before being overcome and killed.
