Ritualists attack graveyards in Ogun State. Cart away 40 skulls

Newscrescent reports that, Palpable fear has gripped residents of Ipokia community in the Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State as some yet-to-be identified ritualists reportedly invaded the community and dug out over 40 skulls from their graves, the Punch reports.

A source in the community who claimed anonymity disclosed that the ritualists on a regular basis had always visited their homes at night when people must have slept off. It was further revealed that the ritualists stormed different part of the community and in total they were able to exhume over 40 human skulls and other human parts.

The source while speaking on the response of the security agencies in the community noted that they’ve severally called on the security agents to come to their rescue because these acts by the ritualists has been prevailing for the past two months, but to no avail.

The source was quoted saying, “The ritualists have been sneaking into people’s compounds, dig the graves and removed 40 human skulls and any other parts they need. They’ve been doing this in a way that we normally don’t wake up and it’s when we wake up in the morning that we do realize what has happened.”
