Shame as Seyi Makinde dumps Wike’s Led G5 Governors group, Campaigns for Atiku

The Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde, reportedly left Wike’s group to support Atiku’s bid for the presidency in the upcoming election, according to The Newscrescent.
In a video from yesterday, the politician could be heard appealing to a throng of people to support the PDP in the next presidential and governorship elections.
This was said by Makinde.
“Please vote on March 11 and February 25. You will turn out in large numbers to support the PDP.”
After Wike’s group, which consists of five disgruntled governors—Nyesom Wike, Samuel Ortom, Seyi Makinde, Okezie Ikpeazu, and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi—withdrew from Atiku’s campaign, Iyorchia Ayu, the party’s national chairman, refused to step down.
There are rumors that the governors have decided to support opposition candidates to Atiku, however Seyi Makinde’s recent plea to the residents of Oyo states appears to be a withdrawal from the G-5 group.
