Christmas: Kwara Central Senator spreads message of love, hope

The Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Saliu Mustapha, has congratulated Christians in Kwara State and across Nigeria on the celebration of Christmas, describing the season as one that inspires love, peace, and selfless service to humanity.
In a statement released by his Media Assistant, Nasif Sholagberu, the Senator noted that Christmas offers an opportunity for reflection on the enduring virtues of Jesus Christ, including compassion, humility, sacrifice, and unity.
Senator Mustapha urged Christians to use the festive season to pray fervently for peace, unity, and national development, while also showing kindness and extending support to the less privileged in society.
He specifically congratulated the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Kwara State chapter and the entire Christian community in Kwara State for witnessing another Christmas celebration.
Senator Mustapha therefore urged them to remain steadfast in prayer for the success of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq’s led administration, emphasizing that continued divine guidance and support would enable the governor to deliver even more impactful and laudable projects across the state.
The lawmaker wished Christians a joyful and fulfilling Christmas, praying that the season brings renewed hope, prosperity, and harmony to families across Kwara Central and Nigeria as a whole.
