Buhari Orders Arrest Of Killers Of NSCDC Personnel

Seven members of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) who were killed by bandits in Kaduna State while performing their official duties have been mourned by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The President therefore ordered the Armed Forces to track down the outlaws responsible for this death and make them pay.
The President termed the loss of the NSCDC members as a tragic tragedy and praised the heroism of the soldiers who gave their life for the country, according to a statement released by the Senior Special Assistant to the President, Garba Shehu, on Thursday.
He stated, “My thoughts are with the bereaved families and their fellow service members. May God provide them and the entire service the courage to endure the loss. The NSCDC personnel who overcame all hardships to secure our nation and its people had made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
According to news reports, robbers attacked and killed the seven officers on Monday at the Kuriga mining site in Kaduna’s Birnin Gwari Local Government Area.
The employees were attacked while on duty at the Kuriga mining site and were affiliated with the Kaduna State Ministry of Mines.
