Naira redesign plot to stop Tinubu from becoming president – APC chieftain

Adamu Garba, a former contender for the presidency of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has stated that the redesign of the naira was a plan against Bola Tinubu, the party’s nominee.
Garba said that the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) redesign of the naira was a scheme to prevent Tinubu from becoming president of Nigeria.
No matter how you want to look at it, the redesign of the CBN currency that was implemented during the election season was a scheme to prevent Bola Ahmed Tinubu from becoming the president of Nigeria, according to Garba.
What other way is there to account for this provocative behavior at this time? How? By Allah, this scheme will also fail!
Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker of the House of Representatives, endorsed Garba’s statement.
The Speaker claimed that despite their suffering, Nigerians were continuing to support the ruling party and Tinubu, suggesting that the conspiracy was failing.
Nobody has the power to persuade me that this isn’t a scheme to prevent Asiwaju [Tinubu] from becoming this nation’s president.
But I’m delighted that our God is a beautiful being because he has stopped the conspiracy that these guys conspired to hatch, he remarked.
