Dangote set to Launch Vehicle Assembly Company, and Business Starts Up
Aliko Dangote, a multibillionaire businessman, along with Peugeot, a company controlled by the Stellantis Group, the governments of Kano and Kaduna states, have begun assembling cars in Nigeria in an effort to compete with Innoson Motors, a significant domestic manufacturing and assembly company.
The businesses are putting the cars together at the brand-new Greenfield Ultima Assembly facility in Nigeria’s northwest. The factory, which boasts a capability to manufacture about 120 automobiles each day across all of its outfits, was built to run at maximum efficiency.
Ibrahim Issa Gachi, the plant’s production director, stated that the recently manufactured vehicles will showcase the newest technology and safety measures that will guarantee their users’ safety.
The company has made sure that all of the spare parts for the recently manufactured automobiles are produced in local markets, according to Gachi’s statement.
Additionally, to support the sales of Peugeot’s new models, the company is re-establishing ties with Peugeot dealers all over the nation to ensure a smooth entry into the market and to uphold the company’s credibility.
