Seven ships with petroleum products expected at Lagos port – NPA
Seven of the 25 ships anticipated at the Lagos Port Complex, according to the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), were carrying petroleum goods.
The petroleum goods were classified as butane gas, gasoline, and motor oil.
The remaining 18 ships, according to the report, are anticipated to arrive at the port with general cargo, containers, boats, bulk sugar, bulk gypsum, sulphur, wheat bran, and frozen fish among other things.
During the period of February 14 to February 25, the ships were anticipated to dock at the Lagos Port Complex.
According to the administration, a ship carrying gasoline is waiting to berth at the port.
NPA also reported that 18 further ships had arrived at the port and were unloading bulk urea, bulk sugar, bulk fertiliser, trucks, frozen fish, general cargo, containers, soya bean meal, and bulk wheat.
