INEC annuls results of one Polling Unit in Kwara

Since vote boxes were stolen, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kwara State invalidated the election results from Tsaragi Polling Unit 10 of Edu Local Government.
At the Presidential and National Assembly elections on Saturday, vote boxes were stolen by hoodlums, according to Mallam Attahiru Madami, the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Kwara.
Only one of the 2,887 polling places in Kwara had its ballot boxes stolen, according to the REC, who added that the cancellation was in accordance with the regulations governing the conduct of the elections.
