Pyongyang’s Kim praises Putin, says Russia will win Ukraine war
During his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un prophesied that Russia would win its conflict against Ukraine.
Kim stated, “I am deeply certain that the valiant Russian army and people will magnificently adopt the tradition of victory and exhibit their honor and glory on the fronts of special military operations.
This is what the news service Interfax reported on Wednesday.
Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine is referred to as a special military operation by Moscow.
There were no specifics provided regarding potential arms transfers from North Korea to Russia.
The ability to establish a powerful state would be provided, according to Kim.
In its campaign on Ukraine, Russia is running into more and more difficulties.
While Moscow still retains authority over 20% of its neighbor, including the Crimea that was forcibly invaded in 2014, it is increasingly having trouble arming its forces.
According to observers, discussions between Moscow and Pyongyang may possibly cover potential military assistance from North Korea.
Kim continued by expressing his hope that the two neighboring nations’ strategic cooperation will be established as a result of his visit.
The North Korean leader revealed that Kim and Putin had spoken about the political and military situations in Europe and on the Korean peninsula outside of the ceremonial lunch.
