APC Manipulated Voices Of PDP Leaders In Fake Audio Clip – Atiku

Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, has blasted the opposition for putting out shoddy propaganda that purports to link him and other PDP officials to election rigging via an audio clip.

The PDP candidate claimed in a news release issued by his Special Assistant on Public Media, Phrank Shaibu, that the audio clip’s creators’ pitiful attempt is an indication of how pitiful and superficial their campaigns have been.

It is well known that the audio recording is a false document, he declared. It is typical of how deceitful those behind the screenplay conducted their political campaigns and government operations.

What irritates me is that these individuals are out to mislead the people with cryptic propaganda on election day. Even still, they ought to have come up with something that respects Nigerians’ brains.

You would imagine that elements of political parties who think they have lofty ideas will include artificial intelligence in their gambit.

Instead, they created a crude mix-up of audio snippets from already-existing videos, which even low-caliber IT students can decipher.

“After forensic analysis of the viral video, we were able to link one of those films to an interview that His Excellency Aminu Tambuwal, the Director-General of the PDP Presidential Campaign and Governor of Sokoto State, conducted with Trust TV on February 19, 2022.

We didn’t have to look very far to find the propaganda’s origins outside of the fact-checkers for the so-called viral audio.

Atiku added that Nigerians should exercise caution when it comes to the news they consume in the days running up to the election and, especially, on election day.

He claimed that the political parties they were up against were “doomed to fail at the elections and are really desperate to defy the electorate’s preferences.”
