Gov Abdulrahman introduced Rukayat Shittu to France Ambassador
The youngest candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) for Owode Onire constituency, Rukayat Shittu was introduced to the France Ambassador, Emmanuelle Blatmann by his Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.
Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq made the introduction at a private dinner last night, with selected young people with the delegation of France Embassy, led by the Ambassador, Emmanuelle Blatmann.
The youngest candidate in Nigeria excitedly wrote about the meeting on her social media page this morning.
“Last night, I had a private dinner with our progressive governor, His Excellency, Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, who also introduced me to France Ambassador, Emmanuelle Blatmann in Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital.
“The extensive conversation we had was stimulating and gave me another insight into what my candidature means, not only to youths and women of Kwara State and Nigeria, but even to the international community”.
“What I took away from the meeting was that, the world have high expectations of us in Kwara State and we will live up to that expectation”. She said.
She also thank the Kwara State Governor for his consistent support and for leading the people oriented revolution in Kwara State.
